History of Rap, where it all began ( Instrumental Hip Hop, Hip Hop Fashion)
If you’re an avid fan of Jay-Z, Eminem, 2-Pac or Lil-Wayne etc.; you probably want to know where the music started that’s coming out from their mouths all started. To give you a glimpse of its history, in the 70′s, the segregation policy between the Whites and African-Americans was still implemented and it is common knowledge that it wasn’t an easy for the Africans-Americans that time since discrimination was still everywhere.
It all began at the Bronx in New York where Rap music was the result of the frustration of the African-Americans.
If you look at history rap music, it clearly shows its origins and influences in the popular African American and Latino street culture of New York City and surrounding areas.
Rap music is an American-musical genre in which rhythmic and rhyming speech is chanted to musical accompaniment.
However, the practice of Hip-hop music properly denotes this sub-culture in general.
Who’s who of Instrumental Hip hop
Instrumental hip-hop is basically hip-hop music without the use of any form of physical accompaniment.
Hip-hop in general, consists of two elements, basically; an instrumental track or commonly known as the beat and the vocal track or commonly known as the rap or the lyrics in itself.
The creation of the music itself lies in the production phase of this musical genre, most producers basically use sampler’s, sequencers, drum machines, synthesizer’s and etc. to create various musical tracks for that would suit best the lyrics of a certain song.
A hip-hop instrumental is basically referred to as a beat while the producer is commonly known as the beat-maker.

With the changing trends today, probably hip-hop was the one that had the most transformation, it originated from African-American teens during the 80′s.
You’ll know probably know that it’s hip-hop when you see these kids wear overly large jerseys, baggy pants or shorts and a hat.
Tommy Hilfiger became one of the most prominent brands when it comes to Hip-hop clothing just recently after famous rap sensation Snoop Dogg wore a shirt when he made an appearance in Saturday Night Live.
